A promo code is a gift for you with which you get free Potatoes and other things you would otherwise have to pay for. And this is how you redeem it:

Android

  • 1. Open Countryball Potato Mayhem
  • 2. In the main menu select «SHOP»
  • 3. You can see I have 1920 Potatoes. Now select the correct In-App-Purchase you have the promo code for
  • 4. When it comes to payment scroll down and choose «Redeem code»
  • 5. Enter your promo code
  • 6. Click on «Redeem»
  • 7. Wait for the validation...
  • 8. [Skip this step if you don't have this error] If you selected the wrong In-App-Purchase you get this error. Go back and select the right one and repeat the process.
  • 9. Click on «Add Item» and get the gift for free
  • 10. You have successfully received your gift

iPhone (iOS)

  • 1. Open the App Store App
  • 2. Choose Games at the bottom menu ans scroll down to the end. Press «Redeem»
  • 3. Click on «enter code manually»
  • 4. Enter your code
  • 5. After entering the code press «Redeem» at the top right
  • 6. Loading may take a while - please wait...
  • 7. If the code was valid you can press «Done» at the top right
  • 8. Now open Countryball Potato Mayhem
  • 9. You see I have 95 Potatoes - Click on the «Promo Codes» Button an the very bottom and wait...
  • 10. It may not load instantly. Click again on the «Promo Codes» Button, wait 5 seconds, close Countryball Potato Mayhem completely and restart it. The gift will be added now.
